These Terms govern your use of the NityaHR platform.

1. Acceptance

By using NityaHR on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Subscription

• Plans and pricing are available on our pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Free plans are provided on a best-effort basis.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use NityaHR for unlawful purposes.
• Upload content that violates third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the platform.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to NityaHR. We process customer data to provide and operate the NityaHR services.

5. Service Availability

NityaHR aims to provide reliable and secure service. Availability commitments, where applicable, are governed by the customer's selected plan or separate agreement.

6. Statutory Compliance

NityaHR may provide tools and calculations related to Indian statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, TDS and LWF. Customers remain responsible for reviewing calculations and ensuring that their filings and statutory compliance are accurate.

7. Termination

Customers may cancel their subscription according to the applicable plan terms. NityaHR may suspend or terminate access in cases of material breach or misuse.

Where applicable, customers may request or export their data in accordance with our data retention and deletion policies.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any agreement between the parties, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Saharsa, Bihar.
