NityaHR generally acts as a Data Processor, while the customer organization determines the purposes and means of processing employee data.

Optional features involving personal data are enabled only where required and authorized.
Data is retained and deleted in accordance with applicable requirements and customer policies.
Appropriate records and audit logs are maintained for security and accountability.

Your Rights

Depending on the applicable law and the organization's policies, individuals may request access, correction, or other actions relating to their personal data through their employer.
