NityaHR provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) HR management platform through web and mobile applications. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data may be collected, how it is used, and the controls available to users.

Your employer or organization is generally responsible for determining how employee data is processed. NityaHR processes such data to provide the HRMS services as instructed by the customer.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on the services enabled, NityaHR may process:

• Account information: Name, email, mobile number and role.
• Employment information: Attendance, leave, payroll and other HR-related information.
• Statutory information: PAN, Aadhaar, UAN and bank details where required.
• Biometric information: Face-recognition data where the feature is enabled.
• Device & security information: IP address, device information and login activity.
• App information: Device permissions and technical information required to provide app features.

3. Mobile App Permissions

The NityaHR mobile app may request access to certain device features when required for specific functionality, such as:

• Camera: For face verification or other authorized features.
• Location: For attendance and location-based features, where enabled by the organization.
• Notifications: To send attendance, payroll, leave and other relevant alerts.
• Device information: For security, authentication and app reliability.

Permissions are used only for the relevant functionality provided by the app.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal data to:

• Provide and operate NityaHR web and mobile services.
• Support HR, attendance, payroll and statutory processes.
• Provide location-based and face-verification features where enabled.
• Maintain platform and account security.
• Prevent unauthorized access and misuse.

Personal data may be shared with the customer's authorized users, applicable statutory authorities, and trusted service providers where required to provide NityaHR services.

We do not sell personal data.

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent for applicable processing through their employer or available NityaHR controls.
